The End of the Road

Out road farming recently and came across this old iron bridge. The wife and I will take an unfamiliar road often just to add a little adventure when we go somewhere. It almost always ends well, sometimes not. This one was easy to back out of and we got a good picture, so no problem.
We took a road a while back that she said was a road showing up on her phone map. We hadn’t gone very far and came up on some |Amish men shredding up corn stalks. They looked at us like we were on the wrong road and they were right. I went on through and the road turned into a wet hilly dirt path. If we didn’t have four wheel drive we might not have made it out, but we did.
I sometimes wonder what those Amish men thought about us that day.
Anyway, the adventures will keep on rolling.
This instrumental tune is from my first album Next Step. I named it “Santa Clara” after a place we lived in Spain. Thanks for visiting and I hope you enjoy.
